  • 1 Hour, Beginners 45mins

    S&C is a lifting class focused on big movements with the goal of increasing strength and endurance.

    The class is split into two parts; lifts and conditioning and each session will have a different focus.

    Every 6 weeks we run a beginners S&C block. Each week will focus on a new lift and give you all the knowledge you need to join the regular classes or to safely continue your lifting journey.

    • This class is suitable for anyone with a good knowledge of lifting

    • We recommend this class to anyone looking to safely improve their lifts and hit some new PRs!

    • Please note you must attend the beginners block before the regular S&C classes

  • 45 mins

    Workout of the day (WOD) is a CrossFit style class.

    They will consist of a warm up, strength or skill work and a cool down.

    Each workout has a goal in mind which might be lifting as heavy as possible, moving as fast as possible or completing as many reps as possible.

    • This class is suitable for those with a good basic knowledge of lifting

    • We recommend this for anyone who has attended other classes ad is ready for a challenge

  • 45 mins

    Bootcamp is a mix of cardio and strength training using a variety of equipment.

    Each session you might use kettlebells, battle ropes, dumbbells or bodyweight to complete the workout.

    • This class is suitable for all levels

    • We recommend this class for beginners & anyone who wants a mixed workout

  • 45 mins

    Low impact interval training or LIIT is a full body workout class run in short circuits. The goal is to raise your heart rate, improve your cardio and condition your muscle without adding unnecessary stress or impact on your joints.

    • This class is suitable for all levels

    • We recommend this class for anyone looking to improve their general fitness.

  • 1 Hour

    We run two styles of yoga here at Soulfit; Hatha and Yin.

    Hatha yoga is a medium paces class focussed on a series a series of postures and movements. The class incorporates breath-work, balance and light conditioning.

    • This class is suitable for all levels

    • We recommend this for anyone wanting a light workout that leaves you feeling refreshed

    Yin yoga is a slow-paced practise focused on flexibility and mindfulness. Poses are held for a longer period of time to allow the body to stretch and nervous system relax. Each class ends with a long savasana.

    • This class is suitable for all levels

    • We recommend this for anyone starting yoga, returning from injury or just wanting an hour of calm

  • 1 Hour

    Boxing class is run in circuits with a mixture of contact boxing, padwork and cardio.

    You are welcome to bring your own gloves and pads but we do provide these at the gym.

    • This class is suitable for all levels

    • We recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, cardio focussed workout

  • 1 Hour

    Pilates is a workout focused on balance, posture, strength and flexibility.

    These classes take place on Barefoot yoga mats and may involve the use of pilates balls, rings and small dumbbells.

    You are welcome to bring your own mat but we do provide mats at the gym.

    • This class is suitable for all levels

    • We recommend this class for anyone looking for a lighter intensity class that still packs a punch

  • 1 Hour

    TRX & Kettlebells is a circuit style class using kettlebell weights and suspension trainers (TRX).

    Here you will focus on building strength and conditioning. This class will not include many high impact cardio exercises.

    • This class is suitable for all levels.

    • We recommend this for anyone who is looking for low impact strength training.

  • 1 Hour

    Body Sculpt is a medium intensity work out mixing pilates and strength.

    This is a low impact class taking place in our studio and utilising light dumbbells.

    You are welcome to bring your own mat but we do provide mats at the gym.

    • This class is suitable for all levels

    • We recommend this class for anyone looking for a lighter intensity class that will still have you feeling the burn!

We also run a range of events throughout the year from HYROX classes, in house competitions and charity events to candlelit yoga and community sports days.
